Send an email to the relevant customer representative containing the lists, orders, delivery summaries, and delivery times, documenting every customer-facing action and obtaining approval to prevent unforeseen issues.

Work orders are checked before production, and cutting and bending are optimized with close attention to standard requirements, minimum scrap and cost savings for the customer.

Inspect production processes and the bending pins in use, and maintain production machinery to achieve greater accuracy and quality—down to the individual bar.

Transfer to quality control in the finished-goods warehouse before delivery to the customer

Completing a production report to verify that the finished products meet the standard requirements, inspecting the shipment packaging, checking the quantity ready, and cross-referencing it against the customer's order and requirements.

Delivery to the customer on schedule using the appropriate logistics equipment

Delivery is carried out using the truck and crane coordinated with the customer. The customer is notified of the goods scheduled for dispatch and receives a QR code for digitally signing the delivery note.

Sending the invoice by email

Together with all supporting documents relevant to that invoice (signed delivery note, approved customer order, bar bending schedules, and any additional document). They can be organized by project/site/subsite to improve the customer's purchasing experience with us.
